Defend my self or at least plead for mercy because of "ignorance."

You see, I have been under the impression that "Current Events" referred to events that were in the news or were happening currently in the world.

The ozone hole IS a current happening, so is the fact that the strength of hurricanes has increased in the past 30 years.

I did express personal viewpoints on these subjects, was it wrong for me to do so.

Is this board reserved for political viewpoints and argument only? If so; I will not be posting here very often because I do not like to argue about politics.

Cheers
Johannes

PS. If you know what kind of glue will permanently bond PET plastic, please let me know, I could use some.
