Instead of ESA being 'DISAPPOINTED' [translation: critical] of NASA,
ESA should put up TENS OF BILLIONS of Euros to develop its own manned spacecraft; its own manned moon project; its own space-station....or if it refuses to end its 'disappointment' with NASA, then ESA should take its NASA business and give it to someone else: China, Russia, Japan, India.
