I know that those signs are typically visible only immediately before collapse. Until about 75% of them have been captured or killed, the insurgency can go on as usual. But after 3/4 of one's fellow terrorists have been captured or killed, the remaining 1/4 start thinking about themselves. Only a tiny fraction are going to WANT to die for the cause, and this fraction is getting used up.

In the meanwhile, we must do everything in our power to prevent indoctrination and recruitment by the various crazed mullahs around the World. Each an every mullah must know that if he advocates violent action against the USA, he is going to be put on a death list. Incitation to murder is a crime, and the long arm of the USA must reach out to destroy our enemies wherever they may be. One important fact deserves serious attention:

No mullah has ever become a suicide bomber, or engaged in any other activity which might put HIS ass into danger. When we start knocking of the mullahs who do the indoctrination & recruitment, most of the rest of them will suddenly become tongue-tied.
