Special Oooops?
Those wild and crazy military types in their top-secret (we deny its very existence) school are using illegal alliens to teach the special ops people.
According to a blurb on CNN the language contractor employed undocumented aliens to teach language courses in that school that doesn't exist. And because it doesn't exist the Davis-Bacon Act doesn't apply and wage formulae don't have to be adherred to.
