Mohammed now says he is going to vote for the constitution and I believes it will passed by the voters. Or another way to look at this is the Iraqis did not make their Aug 15 deadline- they were a couple months late. But it really didn't matter- what was the purpose of getting done by Aug 15, but to give enough time for the issues to be discussed. As it turned it there was TONS of discussion and involvement by all Iraqis.

Of course, it is possible that the constitution could be voted down, but the dialogue up to his point is strengthening the possiblity of Iraq evolving into healthly democracy and is taking steps which will lead to a lasting peace.
