Rosa Parks was not tired that day she sat down on purpose and did it with deliberation and forethought.
I remind you she was a seamsters as my aunt was. Arms and eyes get tired not feet and legs as you are setting all day long sowing. Besides I've heard many interviews with Rosa including with Larry King where she says it was not and accident. BTW, she was a life long democrat and didn't particularly like Bush.
A few months before she acted a black vet was arrested and killed by southern whites for a very similar protest. She was a very brave person with great humility!
We Democrats who care about civil rights and the poor and dispossessed will morn her and miss her. To bad the you repubs haven't learned the lessons and can't learn those things that are actually important from her life!
A hint drop the 70 billion tax cut for the rich and drop the 30 billion cuts against the elderly and poor! What a bunch or hypocrites you all are! And don't give us the BS about how the tax cuts help the economy! Even Ronald Reagan learned that simple lesson.
