An out-of-this-world idea: 'Sheboygan, we have liftoff'

Wisconsin and the moon: a match made in the heavens.

Think about it. There's so much cheese here that Packers fans make hats out of the stuff. The moon? Heck, that's pure, 100 percent green cheese.

And someday soon you might be able to fly between the two cheesy paradises, if state lawmakers OK a new idea floated Thursday.

The new proposal would create a "spaceport" in Sheboygan (an ideal site, says one expert, because failed flights would fall harmlessly into Lake Michigan).
