Certainly not an individual country, perhaps an international organization (if there's an agreement), but most likely the inhabitants of the countries led by dictators.

First, the Coalition is not an "individual country." Calling an action by several major nations "unilateral" got old quite some time ago.

Second, even if the U.N. had undertaken an official attack blessed by the Enlightened in the U.N. building, the nations already in the Coalition would be still taking the brunt of it, especially the U.S.

Third, the lovely fantasy of a nation rising up and overthrowing its totalitarian dictator has ended up badly in most cases I can think of. Ask the Shiites and Kurds how it went last time they tried.

Face it, the Left decided decades ago that nothing is ever solved by military force, and their entire foreign policy has stemmed from this. Even military actions undertaken by Democrats made the Left hold its nose. Of course, this leaves them with nothing in their toolbox to deal with real evil in the world. It shows.
