Phobus-Grunt mission is obviously a go, as I indicated in
a post, weeks ago...There are short memories here on HZ.
But....remember, just because they will build it, and attempt to launch it
in 2009, doesn't mean it will succeed. Speaking of short memories,
remember 1989?
