NASA woes may bar Mars, moon trips
Auditors tell panels accounting problems continue to hinder efforts to manage programs

Auditors from two agencies told congressional oversight panels Thursday that NASA may lack the financial controls to tackle its moon and Mars exploration plans despite efforts to correct long-standing weaknesses.
