A conservative blog did a poll on acceptable nominees. All online polls are crap, of course, but a general picture of what the Right is looking for emerges.
My personal opinion is that if the nominee doesn't make the Democratic leadership's heads explode, it's probably not the right person.
I didn't vote to get a Republican into the Oval Office so he could pick the nominee Harry Reid suggests.
