The feedback bit is going to be coming around and around for some time to come. Ignorance and violence go hand in hand and all these folks operate on one important concept:

JUSTIFICATION

Repeat that word again.... JUSTIFICATION.

They operate with a mindset that justifies their acts. We ALL justify our acts. ET justifies his going ballistic on you as if you were the Christian team captain scouring news for picked upon Christians. You justify your posts because you feel others are blind to the large fanticist agenda that is still living in barbaric savagery in almost half the world.

I justify my own posts to present my own POV. We ALL seek justification.

Look at this little conflict as a microcosm of the larger human conflicts. Mediation is almost meaningless. Neither ET or you would bury your anger or frustration just because some mediator says its good for you.

Justification also has an enormous factor in self-worth. We justify our differences from others. We are unique and we seek ways to reassert our unique identities. This begins when we are just toddlers and realize we are different from our parents, siblings, etcetera.

In middle eastern culture self-worth and pride are almost all they have. They embrace religion fanaticly because it gives them justification they crave--and which, due to intellectual restraints, they can't provide from any other source.

Let developed minds assert their ideas and you have no need for fanatical violence.
