I agree, Tom, there is some kind of "high" in learning new things, even trivial ones, for me too.
I drive my wife and kids crazy sometimes when I come across somethnig I find fascinating and I tell them about it and they look at me as if I'm loony. Maybe I am. But I'm killer at "Trivial Pursuit"!
