I wouldn't make that bet from what they seem to saying at the site Raoul pointed to.
They seem to be focusing on the ionosphere results not the surface and subsurface results. But. I agree that December should be interesting if they reveal any of the subsurface results.
They do use words like surprising and interesting in conjunction with the subsurface data...and this is from people hoping to find ices...I think...
