...is that Iraq is slowing descending into chaos. It illustrates the depth of sectarian strife and the inability of the Iraqi government and coalition troops to protect Iraqi citizens from the consequences of this. Having militias that take the law into their own hands is not a good thing. It doesn't bode well.
