After two years of work, the prosecuter landed five indictments on Cheney's assistant for lying to the investigators, and absolutely zero indictments on anyone leaking information. None. Nada.
A bit more slowly...No indictments for the actual suspected crime being investigated.
If people being polled think it's important, it's because the media gave it front page coverage for weeks, and no doubt will do the same for the trial.
