The Chinese "experimental laboratory"

http://www.spacedaily.com/news/lunar-05zzq.html

I don't know who built this model, but by comparing the docks with total size it looks like this design was created for launch on CZ2 variants, i.l., 3.35 m diameter.

It also does not have independent engines and fuel transfer systems for position keeping.

The astronaut is not to scale, but comes from another model. The question is which model, by who.

I doubt if the Chinese experimental laboratory will keep this oonfiguration. Gravity gradient, micro-atmosphere, and reboost would argue for a different configuration. In other words, the same components, but put together differently.

From what Perimov says, my guess is first components launches around 2009.

My guess is that the Chinese "station" will be launched by CZ5, and have its own engines and fuel systems, including a fuel transfer system.
