PS if the authors are correct ..
.. this could also an important development of GR applied to dynamics in weak gravitational fields, such as in our solar system .. the only other examples which come to mind right now are the perihelion of Mercury, starlight bent by the Sun (both classic solutions done by Einstein), and of course, GPS.
