From BBC News Website..

Am I right in thinking, then, that the (imho disgusting) ban of Gay marriage in Texas would, under Maine law, be in itself illegal?

I know I come from a country where we have a Queen, we all drink Tea, have bad teeth and talk like Mary Poppins so wierdness isnt one of our weakpoints either, but to have such fundamnetals ruled in opposite ways between states seems odd to me.
