While looking for some magnets for an alternator that I'm building, I came across the following site.

I'm curious as to why the magnet rotates while being suspended between two other magnets?
Naturally since there is no friction except for the air and there is plenty of space for air currents to push the magnet, it is logical to assume that it is only the motion of the air that causes the rotating effect.
But then on the other hand, has anyone tested the system by preventing air currents from affecting the magnet.
The rest of the story is here.

Before RL stomps on me, I'll let him know that I also read and understood the information on the following site.

Perpetual motion perhaps?
