Anyone here subscribed to the NASA HQ Email List?

When NASA discontinued NASANews@hq.nasa.gov (old list serve) they said they would automatically transferred everyone to NASANews@mediaservices.nasa.gov (new list serve).

I haven't received any NASA HQ news from November 4th the day they stopped using the old list.

I have several times tried to subscribe to the new list (hqnews-subscribe@mediaservices.nasa.gov) and don't receive any acknowledgment of the subscription and I have contacted NASA HQ by email (hqnews-help@mediaservices.nasa.gov)
and received nothing back.

Anyone else have this problem? Do I have to phone them to get back on the list?
