More to the point, most of the magazines I get nowadays presently offer, or are planning to offer, "online only" versions, thus helping to spare forests (though, sadly, requiring the wholesale harvest of electrons). Maybe it's partly because I tend to read pure uncut geek: PHP Architect, a few of the MS-centric journals, Dr Dobbs. I'm pleased to be able to select the (usually) pdf version when I can. The only draw-back, of course, is that it's a little less comfortable to sit on the throne while a laptop deep-fries your thighs.
