Just imagine what things would be like if we weren't there. The point? Iraq is no closer to stabilization today than it was two years ago. We're failing to prepare the country for our ultimate departure.
The bottom line, this war was a terrific mistake. Now two-thirds of all AMericans have finally figured it out. The country is bitterly divided. All because to the incompetence of the current administration. This a very dangerous position for our country to be in - engaged in an unpopular war with no light at the end of the tunnel.
