re: Red Skies?

It would really depend on your altitude in Venus atmosphere.

In his book, Pale Blue Dot, Carl Sagan has a cross section of many planets atmosphere. With Venus, he has the sky yellow below the clouds. Above the clouds the sky is white at first but as the altitude gets higher, it gets bluer. He shows Uranus, Neptune, Jupiter and Saturn having blue upper atmospheres. Titan even has a blue upper atmosphere.

This is the first I have I heard of a reddish atmophere and I would like to learn more about it.
