Why doesn't the EPA walk around the streets and take on the more offensive smells which seem to eminate from the city utilities? (If you catch my drift).

Funny thing--I was in Vegas and noticed the same big city scent. After 4,000 years of civilization you would think that we could solve the CH4(g) + 2 O2(g) problem.
