Is this the ultimate in offshore outsourcing?
Sorry for the (somewhat) flippant subject line.
I have no idea what Russian spacecraft are going for these days, but if buying Soyuz (what's the plural? Soyuz's? Soyii?) is attractive from a cost standpoint, what are the chances that NASA will become really fond of them...at the shuttle's expense?
