The Synopses below for NASA's Robotic Lunar program were posted on Fed
BizOpps on December 6th.
The both are NASA intends to partner with the Johns Hopkins University/Applied Physics Lab (JHU/APL)
on the second Robotic Lunar Exploration Mission (RLEP 2) and NASA's intent to procure from APL a
prototype Lunar Navigation and Communication Infrastructure (LNCI).
But interested parties can submit their abilities to do the work. How heavy the response is to these announcements will determine if NASA will have a competitive procurement or a sole source contract.
