I'm not too fond of tying the design to a single, Shuttle derived solid booster. IMO, it'd be better to design it to integrate with the Delta IV Heavy and Atlas V Heavy, too. As we've seen (twice), putting all of your launch capability in a single booster leads to extensive down time when an accident occurs.
