Iraq voting - "Analysts: High turnout, low violence a positive step but not a turning point"
"Experts cautious in assessing Iraq election"
We've heard it all before - each event is THE solution.
What we've SEEN is that when one sect has some power, such as the Shiites in the Ministry of Interior, it uses that power to persecute a minority, such as the Sunnis in the basement of the same Ministry of Interior.
The Sunnis would of course have to retaliate, as would the Shiites, with the Kurds killin' 'em both.
Pretty much everyone except the neocons on these boards say that this voting is not THE solution.
