Review: King Kong (no spoilers)
Let me begin by saying I saw the original at least a dozen times as a kid. I went into this not expecting it to top the original classic. In some ways it didn't. In most ways it did. This movie is a wild ride. It will leave you with an adrenalin rush for at least a few hours. A number of surprises. Guarenteed to excite and startle you a lot, and give you MAJOR eebee jeebees in a couple scenes. Some parts were a bit overdone and long, and bit too sappy, but I have to say it was a very good flic. Well worth the price of admission and the $8 nachos to boot.
