"Breathtaking inanity"
I read every word of the decision -- it's brilliant -- and was contemplating writing a review ... then I thought to check the local reaction by way of the York (PA) Daily Record. It's the closest newpaper to Dover, and serves that community by reporting local events and public meetings. Articles and editorials from it became evidentiary exhibits in the trial.
And I found this: Smackdown in evolution ruling, by Mike Argento. He says everything I thought of, save for this:
