Even though the impeachment text clearly states "crimes and misdemeanors", make no mistake that the process is completely a political one and not a legal one. If enough of Congress want a president gone because they don't like the toothpaste he uses, they can do it with no ramifications other than public opinion.
I chose number one simply because it's time we once again regained our sense of a balance of power and because the man and his staff are bullies. If you don't take on bullies harshly and quickly they are empowered.
