That's good news
Take out the most revered and organized ones and leave a vacuum in their place. It will be harder to regroup and plan without them. The more inexperienced the new lesser leaders are, the easier they'll slip up and be caught.
Not to mention, some might give up the fight and go home, or turn in their buddies for a handsome ransom.
