I ask, because your post indicates you certainly don't agree with the philisophical basis of the United States of America.
In this United States, the powers of government are derived from, and ceded from those inalienable rights possessed by the governed. In all 50 states the murder you advocate is clearly and without dispute a violation of law. If the citizens of this country do not have the right to do murder, then the government based on the rights of the governed does not have any right to do murder.
This is a simple construct. If you don't agree, your allegiance has to be to some other form of government rather than that of the United States of America.
