Obviously Tom, we view this problem from different perspectives.
In your view, you feel our invasion of Iraq is justified; even if the perpetrators of 9/11 were SAUDIS. As you say to me "Try and slam that single fact into your worldview." Bush took action against the Muslims against protestations world wide and even from his allies. It's a holy war.

So WHY do you think Bin Laden sees himself as a Defender of Muslims?
For every action, there is a re-action. And it's just getting messier. Slaughtering them left and right trying to squash the "resistance" is like using a hammer to catch a flea.

KILLING is not the answer. And right now I don't have a better answer, but allowing them their land and giving them a voice through serious arbitration might be a start.
