Over the Bush administration plan to stabilize the debt of the American people. Of course there is no plan to controll his administrations built debt.

Bush is now intent on using the Fed to require the bank to have low monthly payments on their credit card customers. Republiucans realize that since money is concerned here, they cannot begin to rely, or trust the people to manage their own affairs. So, first step was to gut bankruptcy relief for the people so the banks could be protected, and now it is a simple progression to require the working man with a credit card to double the minimum payment.

As this is implemented, look for slowdown in retail trade, increased personal bankruptcy filings, increased bank profits, improved foreign credit.

Hey, this administration has shown it will take the good with the bad---as long as big business is advantaged.
