Balance of payments will get worse, deficit getting worse again, the improvements cited by neocons still the third worst in history and even that didn't hold.

Hard to see how an administration could have done worse.

Iraq – the same – again obvious, cited here many, many times.

Balance of payments – record levels – well known

Deficit – from surplus to record deficits – well known

Medicare – screwed that up big-time - GAO: Bush promotion of Medicare shift illegal, Insurers told to fill Medicare plan gaps

Republican leadership scandals – “the worst in a century” – Frist, DeLay, Cunningham, Ney, and that’s just the start – cited here many times.

He did get the tax cuts for the rich.
