Bin Laden's gripe is that we're in his homeland on holy soil. And he wants us out. Has declared war on US. Al Queda follows his notions. Secretly, a lot of Saudis agree with him, so they allow a lot of backwash without comment.
And, we're not going anywhere.
So who's right and who's wrong?
We want to "stabilize" the Middle East (LOL), and we're doing the opposite.
(What's a pacifist to do?)
The neocons are pushing for their Project of the New American Century.
Sounds BOLD, doesn't it?
Like we need a "project" over there, while ignoring all of ours over here.
And yer paying for it. Paying for some goddamed quirky notion that a few greedy Republicans can change the world, increase their bank accounts and use the force of our military for THEIR aims, (not to "defend" us), but to push for their project. They have media control and spin doctors and air time and re-districting and fixed elections, and criminal lobbyists, and criminal energy empires........why the list is so long, the average American can't deal with it all.
Is this just a neocon game that has to play itself out until it's stopped by a unilateral force from afar?
Or until it implodes from the inside out?
Or until another big "oops" is discovered and triggers total recall for the American public?
Enquiring minds want to know.........
