It came free with a book I bought from an electronics expert that was commissioned by the NSA to be involved with a signals communication with grey aliens. Yeah, I did a double take too, but half of his book is on-line and I started reading it. Then I ordered the book. It's (how shall we say........) VERY interesting!

Of course, anyone could write anything, but this book needs to be read in it's entirety. Very convincing, creates more questions than it answers....a voyage "above black" (For NASA, that's purple, right?)
So I also get to keep the dog tags. Just waiting for the right kid to give them to.
