Yes, the Islamists have all congregated down in Iraq.
That's not much of a surprise.
Crime is up. Safety is down.
However all their complaints stem from terror and terror byproducts. I read many of the old HRW reports on Iraq during Saddam's rule and there it is the GOVERNMENT that is the biggest threat and appalling perpetrator of crimes against the people.
I know its hard for CNN, or you, to discern the vast difference that implies in the "human rights" department.
Any bad news is good news for some clueless folks.
