Saddam trial postponed until Sunday
"Decision to delay proceedings comes a day after new judge appointed"

The first judge quit because of outside pressures to be tougher. He was a Kurd. Kurdish. No lovers of Saddam, and he quit.

There are 100 American lawyers working on this, presumably to try Saddam without disclosing the involvement of Bush the First, Rumsfeld, Cheney, et al., in the crimes against humanity of which Saddam is guilty.

However, the way these folks have gone about this has turned it into a joke. Any Muslim who thinks the Western World is unfairly targetting Muslims has a way to justify his dislike - just point to this trial so far.

And it seems as if it could have been simple. Except for trying him AND keeping out the involvement of the Americans now in power. If one just cared about the truth, reality, it would have been OH SO simple.
