Current Events » in reply to I second that

Well you're going to have to help me understand.

Just how does one politely, kindly, in a tender sensitive way so as to not hurt their feelings, point out to people that murder and torture of innocent people, as well as manifold other war crimes, are not acceptable to decent human beings? And is that important, not hurting their feelings, not telling them such activities are intolerable to decent people?

How would you like to see those phrased so that murderers, torturers and those who support them will be aware that for some of us, not many, but some, those are not tolerable activities?

Are the feelings of people who violate every human and civil right there is more important to you than protesting such activities? No matter who does them?

I'd really like to know how you think that should be approached.

Or even if it should. Maybe you don't mind it being done in your name, with your tax dollars. Maybe you believe it shouldn't be protested at all.

Which is your right. Most folks tolerate the inhumanity of neocons and attempt to ignore the immaturity of many on these boards. That's their privilege. And your responsibility is to help some of us who are really offended by American brutality and those who support it to effectively point that out to murderers, torturers and their cheerleaders and henchmen.

Thanks in advance.
