It is certainly true that the earth's climate changes over time no matter what. The problem with our current warming state is that we are artificially introducing large quantities of human-produced greenhouse gasses. We now know for certain that these gasses are accelerating climate change far faster than the capacity of earth's species to adapt, including us.
We know for certain that these greenhouse gasses are poisonous and not good for human health whether they contribute to global warming or not. So shouldn't we be doing something about them anyway?
The earth's climate is a chaotic system. Little changes can result in big effects. As we change the consituents of the earth's atmosphere, we have no idea how extensive the damage may actually be.
Its time to stop ignoring it. Its time to do something. Only this nation can lead the world towards a solution. Lets get a president and congress in there that actually wants to do something about it.
