More like state of our foreign policy.
I thought he ignored the state of the Union with his empty rhetoric. He avoids his fiscal responsibility, and tells us he's cutting MORE programs.
I found the new Governor of Virginia, Tim Kaine's speech much more realistic, and it was painted with a soft brush.

My mom once told me once what was important when a man speaks.
It's not what he SAYS, but what he DOES........

I have to say one good thing about Bush this time, he was clear headed and could speak normally. It still doesn't create any more trust in him, because the history of how he operates is a good example of what we can expect. Mostly empty rhetoric while our pockets are emptied even further.
