You are so damned stupid that you believe absolutely ANYTHING that is anti-Bush.

Sure, the U-2 can fly low, if so desired. But why use it? Why not just send in a squardron of fighters to draw Iraq's fire? Iraq fired on USA's recon aircraft and the aircraft enforcing the "No-Fly Zone" many times. What difference would a U-2 make? The entire article makes no sense whatsoever, which fits with perfectly with your mentality.
