I'm not as confident as you in regard to Spector's motivations.
But I'm willing to play it as wait and see...
In the end, I think Spector will side with the Administration, even if he needs to do it in a way that makes him appear that he is the last great hope for Truth, Justice, and the American Way. He's a politician. Watch him work. Its amazing to see so much talk, and constant inaction.
The liberals are dreaming of impeachment...Well I guess something has to keep them preoccupied...So it's ok with me.
