The younger generation of Iranians is impressive.
Courageous, intelligent, and sophisticated. Much like the Persians, which, by coincidence, they are. I hope they live long enough to inherit.
Re: The beam in the West's eye: yes, again, you're correct. We have lots of problems which we should fix. I do wonder sometimes what might have happened if the ruling classes in the nations of the West had paid serious attention to the plight of women in Afghanistan before October of 2001.
