Intelligence ‘misused’ to justify war, he says.

"The former CIA official who coordinated U.S. intelligence on the Middle East until last year has accused the Bush administration of "cherry-picking" intelligence on Iraq to justify a decision it had already reached to go to war, and of ignoring warnings that the country could easily fall into violence and chaos after an invasion to overthrow Saddam Hussein."

Ambivalence - part of one feels a bit of pity for the neocons who have had their blind faith so badly abused by their annointed saints.

Another part wants to keep rubbing their noses in the shit they've created at such an extravagant expense, remind them of the innocent people they are responsible for slaughtering, creating an understandable hate of the US among the surviving relatives and friends of those folks, of the good that could have been done with the resources.

And, there's the realization that they'll never get it. Incapable of admitting they were wrong.
