I think that's a light hearted response to the allegations in that affadavit.
Whether you can't handle the truth, and respond by mocking it (or me); is precisely what is wrong with this country. Because it sounds like a conspiracy and confirms your worst fears, you refuse to look at it.
Therefore the controllers win at the expense of your fears and your ignorance.
