I am tempted to hang up as well. As a matter of fact, I'll bet these folks take a lot of abuse from us, because we "can".
It just doesn't seem fair that we have to listen harder to bridge the culture gap to understand what they're saying. If anything, we should be complaining in droves to the companies we do business with.
Everyone's cutting the bottom line these days.
